POST GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP
Ngati Tuwharetoa (BOP) Settlement Trust is offering a scholarship/s for Adult Registered Beneficiaries of the Trust to study towards a Post Graduate Certificate in Geothermal Energy Technology.
Value of Scholarship: Cost of course fees
To be eligible for the scholarship:
- You MUST be registered with Ngati Tuwharetoa (BOP) Settlement Trust at the time you apply, and
- You MUST be accepted by Auckland University to attend this course.
Payment will be made upon receipt of a fees tax invoice for the Certificate in Geothermal Energy Technology. Please note this course is usually offered in Semester 2 - July to November.
POST GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN GEOTHERMAL ENERGY TECHNOLOGY
The Post Graduate Certificate in Geothermal Energy Technology is a course is aimed at training engineering and science graduates for work in the geothermal industry. The programme is run through the Geothermal Institute within the Faculty of Engineering of Auckland University and consists of three papers and a project. It covers geothermal science and technology, geosciences and field studies.
The postgraduate certificate is run over one semester and is followed by the New Zealand Geothermal Workshop.
